With a newly launched and transactional website on BigCommerce, Stainless & Nickel Alloy Piping Products (SNAPP) is able to sell, distribute, and manage product inventory from its B2B website with ease.

THE CHALLENGE

As a B2B-focused company that provides leading businesses with large pipes, tubes, and fittings, SNAPP needed a website fully capable of handling shipping methods, order transactions, and tracking multiple warehouses for its large-sized products. With its purely informational website, SNAPP had been managing cold-calling and phone orders to fulfill, ship, and track orders for businesses that purchase its items while coordinating specific fulfillment statuses and managing 7 different warehouses. 

THE APPROACH

THE MIDDLEWARE APP

With a custom Middleware APP built by Silk, SNAPP is able to sync key data such as inventory, cost, and product mapping from its P21 ERP system to its BigCommerce website. With core information seamlessly synced from its ERP, SNAPP is able to track orders and products easily.

MULTI-WAREHOUSE OPTIONS

With multi-warehouse customization options, SNAPP is able to track and manage all 7 of its warehouses from one central place. It is able to assign, list, and identify specific products from each warehouse for logged-in users on its website.

INTEGRATION TOUCH POINTS

Silk integrated multiple touch points for SNAPP’s website including company, users, contacts, ship-to addresses, and default warehouse ID options. With the crucial integrations needed to log and track this information in place, SNAPP is able to enhance its customer purchasing experience.
